I’m local, can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?
Yes! Local pick-ups can be made and picked up in Toronto! This option can be selected at checkout. You may also enter "PICKUP" at checkout for free shipping and when you're order is ready, you will receive a pick-up-ready email!
For sanitary reasons (particularly during COVID), I do not accept returns. If your product arrives damaged, please send photos and an explanation. All packages are insured and no returns will be accepted without photos of damaged box(es) and product. Returns are accepted at my own discretion.
Custom projects and commissions are not eligible for returns.

Shipping during COVID can be a shot in the dark - sometimes pieces arrive swiftly and other times they do not. I am not responsible for the time it takes any given carrier to deliver your item. I will always do everything in my power to get your artwork out in a timely manner but cannot predict shipping timelines at this moment.
